c70914c2a0 fix(filter-bar): flatten FilterSpec.Predicates wire shape (t-paliad-283)
The bar's chip clicks POST a payload shaped as `predicates: {<source>:
<per-source>}` — flat, one entry per data source. Go declared
`Predicates map[DataSource]Predicates` — a doubled-nested wrapper where
each map value was itself a Predicates struct with named per-source
fields. The JSON shape Go expected was
`{"deadline": {"deadline": {"status": [...]}}}`; the shape the bar
emitted was `{"deadline": {"status": [...]}}`. Go silently unmarshalled
the bar's payload as `Predicates{}` (all source fields nil), so every
chip click on /views/any was a server-side no-op — the regression in
#115.

The latent contract bug was present since t-paliad-144 A1 (b516201) but
only surfaced now: /inbox uses the InboxSystemView's code-resident
predicates (built in Go directly, doubled shape works) and saved views
never carried predicates in the DB, so chip-click overlays were the
only path that exercised the wire-format wrong way. /views/any made
that path visible because all four sources need narrowing.

Fix: align Go to the flat shape the frontend already emits.

- FilterSpec.Predicates: `map[DataSource]Predicates` → `*Predicates`.
- All `spec.Predicates[SourceX]` access sites in view_service.go +
  approvalStatusMatches + allowed* helpers + system_views literals
  + tests rewritten to `spec.Predicates.X` with a nil-spec.Predicates
  guard.
- Frontend FilterSpec.predicates type tightened from
  `Partial<Record<DataSource, Predicates>>` (which silently allowed
the wrong runtime write) to `Predicates`.

Regression coverage:

- `filter_spec_predicates_test.go` (new, Go) pins three contracts:
the bar's exact wire payload unmarshals into a non-nil per-source
predicate; marshalling a Go-constructed spec produces the same flat
shape; the "Erledigt" chip's request narrows to completed deadlines.
- `compute-effective.test.ts` (new, bun:test) pins 12 chip-overlay
cases for /views/any (every axis the saved view's sources expose).

Build hygiene:
- `go build ./...` clean.
- `go test ./... -count 1` clean (existing inbox + filter_spec tests
updated for the new struct shape; new tests pass).
- `cd frontend && bun run build` clean.
- `cd frontend && bun test src/` — 169 pass, 0 fail.

No migration: paliad.user_views.filter_spec jsonb rows live with
`predicates: {}` or no predicates field; both unmarshal as nil
*Predicates under the new type, identical to the no-narrowing behaviour
the old map type produced for the same rows.

4ead2d08c1 feat(inbox): t-paliad-249 Slice A backend — project_event feed + read cursor (m/paliad#80)
Substrate changes that turn /inbox from approvals-only into the
unified notification surface m asked for.

- Migration 126: paliad.users.inbox_seen_at (high-watermark read cursor;
pending approval_requests bypass it per design §3).
- KnownProjectEventKinds gains note_created, our_side_changed,
  deadline_updated/deleted, deadlines_imported. New
InboxProjectEventKinds curated subset (head's Q1=A lock).
- InboxSystemView spans [approval_request, project_event]; defaults to
past 30 days, newest first, row_action="inbox".
- view_service.allowedProjectEventKinds drops *_approval_* audits when
ApprovalRequest is also in spec.Sources (no double-count).
- RunSpec resolves the caller's inbox_seen_at once and threads it
  through viewSpecBounds; runProjectEvents excludes self-authored
events and rows older than the cursor when unread_only is set.
Decided approval_requests follow the cursor; pending always survives.
- ApprovalService.UnseenInboxCountForUser (unified badge count) +
  MarkInboxSeen + InboxSeenAt service methods.
- GET /api/inbox/count returns the unified count; new
POST /api/inbox/mark-all-seen advances the cursor (optional up_to=).

Tests cover the InboxSystemView shape, the audit-dedup helper, the
isApprovalAuditKind matcher, and the no-narrow-no-approvals nil path.

b516201110 feat(t-paliad-144 A1): backend substrate + Custom Views API
Phase A1 of the data-display-model rethink (m/paliad#5). Backend-only;
no user-visible change in A1. A2 (frontend) lands separately.

What's new:

- Migration 056: paliad.user_views table with RLS scoped to caller
  (user_views_owner_all on auth.uid()=user_id). Composite UNIQUE
(user_id, slug). No is_system flag — system defaults stay code-
  resident per Q8 lock-in.

- internal/services/filter_spec.go (+test): structured FilterSpec
with Sources / Scope / Time / Predicates. Server-side validator
rejects unknown sources, duplicate sources, conflicting scope
modes, horizon=all without explicit projects (Q26 clamp), and
  every per-source enum (deadline.status, appointment_types,
  project_event kinds, approval_request status / viewer_role).

- internal/services/render_spec.go (+test): RenderSpec with three
  shapes (list / cards / calendar — Q4 lock-in 2026-05-07).
Per-shape config kept separately so flipping shapes preserves
  tweaks. Validator over column / sort / density / group_by /
  default_view enums.

- internal/services/system_views.go (+test): code-resident
SystemView definitions for dashboard / agenda / events / inbox /
  inbox-mine. Reserved-slug list (Q23) prevents user-views from
colliding with top-level URLs. Case-folded matching.

- internal/services/view_service.go: extends EventService with
RunSpec — runs a FilterSpec across all four substrate sources
  (deadline + appointment + project_event + approval_request)
and merges into []ViewRow sorted by event_date. ViewRow is a
discriminated projection (kind + common header + per-source
  Detail json.RawMessage). Q17 fail-open attribution: returns
inaccessible_project_ids for explicit-scope queries where the
  caller can't see some IDs.

- internal/services/user_view_service.go (+test): CRUD on
  paliad.user_views — Create (server-assigns sort_order MAX+1
in tx), GetBySlug, GetByID, Update (partial), Delete, Touch
  (last_used_at), MostRecent. Reserved-slug + slug-format
  validators on every write.

- internal/handlers/views.go: nine HTTP handlers wiring the
  endpoints (GET/POST/PATCH/DELETE /api/user-views/...,
  POST /api/user-views/{id}/touch, POST /api/views/run,
  POST /api/views/{slug}/run, GET /api/views/system).

- main.go + handlers.go + projects.go: wire UserViewService
into the bundle; conditional route registration when both
UserView + Event services are present.

Pure-Go tests (no DB): 32 cases pass — filter spec validators,
render spec validators, system view registry, reserved slugs.

Live-DB tests (skip when TEST_DATABASE_URL unset): 12 cases
covering create / list / get / uniqueness / update / delete /
touch / most-recent / reserved-slug / bad-slug / empty-name /
invalid-spec.

Coexists with t-139 (in-flight on noether's other branch) and
t-138 (shipped) without coordination commits — RunSpec uses the
existing visibility predicate that t-139's migration 055 will
extend with derivation. Approval-request source delegates to
ApprovalService.ListPendingForApprover / ListSubmittedByUser
(both already extended for derived_peer authority in t-139 Phase 3).
