Smoke-test issue for m/mAi#236 — verifying the new m/mDMS webhooks (hooks 178 + 179) spawn a mai task when mAi is assigned. Galileo will comment + set the done label after the spawn lands. No action needed.

Smoke test passed — the webhook fired, handle-issue.sh resolved m/mDMS → project=mdms via mai.projects, and task t-i5-test-webhook-smoke-test-mai was created at 22:35:48 with gitster hired at 22:35:50 (3s end-to-end from issue creation to worker hire). Confirms m/mAi#236 close-out. The hired worker (hermes) has been fired since the task is a no-op smoke test.

This issue can be closed. Setting done label per project policy (only m closes issues).
